7. Reporting Problems
If you encounter a problem during your use of Netsight3, or if you have a query, you can use the feedback form feature built into the system.
Ensuring that you are on the page where the issue is, or about which you want to raise a query, select the Report a Problem option from your Account menu.
N.B. Please ensure you are on the page where the problem is before clicking the option. That way the system will pick up the web address and page title automatically. This will help us identify exactly where the issue is on the site.
You will now be taken to the form.
It might be useful to check the list of latest reports to see if someone has already logged the issue you are raising. You can do this by checking the latest submissions listed on the left hand side.
Complete the form filling in as much detail about the problem as you can.
Click the Submit button once you are done. Once your form is submitted, you will get a green confirmation notice at the top and then you will be returned to the page you started from.
