Netsight3 Issue With Ping Graphing

Between the 7th of October and 22nd September 2020 Netsight3 has been reporting periods of increased latency on a number circuits (bursts of slow Ping round-trip times). This was due to a faulty network card in our data centre and not an issue with those circuits. Apologies if this was giving incorrect information. It took us a some time to locate the source of the issue but it has now been rectified.
Netsight is now Netsight3. To get a Netsight3 account you will need to complete the registration form. Accounts from the old Netsight service were not transferred.
